TT 15102 AN APPEAL <br />OF A PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION REGARDING A <br />SUBDIVISION OF 2.5 ACRES OF LAND <br />WHEREAS the Wyatt Construction did appeal a Planninq <br />Commission decision to deny File No. TT15102; and <br />WHEREAS the City of Colton did properly advertise and post a <br />public hearing to consider an appeal by the Wyatt Construction; <br />and <br />and <br />WHEREAS the Council having heard all pertinent testimony; <br />WHEREAS the Council made the following findings: <br />A) The proposal is consistent with the requirements of <br />the Colton General Plan. <br />B) The subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br />C) The subdivision is compatible with its Environmental <br />surroundings. <br />D) The subdivision merits a negative declaration. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does hereby approve file TT15102. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this day of , <br />1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
