1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL <br />GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE AND GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT FROM A to M-2, KNOWN AS FILE INDEX <br />NUMBER DAG -67-90. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider <br />a Zone Change requested by Donald Kleckner, to change the zone <br />located at 2130 and 2040 Aqua Mansa Road from A (Agricultural) to <br />M-2 (Heavy Industrial), also known as File Index Number <br />DAG -67-90; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did give notice of the Public <br />Hearing as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing and <br />considered said request on December 18, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, having studied and researched <br />such application, makes the following findings; <br />1. The proposal is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance. <br />2. The proposal is consistent with the General Plan. <br />3. The project merits a negative declaration. <br />4. The project is compatible with its environmental <br />surroundings. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City Council does <br />hereby approve the change as requested. <br />APPROVED and ADOPTED this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
