Bid opening was held at <br />10:00 a.m., February 12, 1990, in the General Services office. One <br />bid was received and a Bid Analysis is attached showing price and de- <br />livery. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Triad Sales in the amount <br />of $33,362.50. <br />Report Prepared by: M.
