t <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 2, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: CONSENT CALENDAR - APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH <br />MANAGEMENT SCIENCE APPLICATIONS, INC., REGARDING SANTA FE DEPOT <br />Staff would recommend that the proposed Section One (1) of the <br />contract be amended to including the following wording: <br />"It shall be Management Science Applications, Incorporated's <br />mission to concurrently seek the sale or lease of said property, <br />and to locate prospective users of said property in an effort to <br />develop the property for historical and economic advantage to <br />the City of Colton." <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Council authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the attached contract with Management Science Applications, <br />Incorporated (MSAI), as amended. <br />CITY MANAGER CONCURRENCE: <br />JRA/sd <br />Page 2 0f ----L— Item No. <br />
