Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Emergency Resolution for Fencing Date: July 9, 1990 <br />Around the Walnut Reservoirs <br />BACKCF 0LM: <br />As Council is aware, the Walnut Reservoirs have been vandalized repeatedly over the <br />past several months. The Police Department has suggested that a fence be built around <br />the tanks to help protect the area along with the installation of an alarm system. <br />STATBEC OF THE PROBLEM: <br />Staff has received two quotes from fence companies for the installation of a security <br />fence.
