Exhibit "A" may <br />be modified from time to time by Agency, as it may determine, <br />provided such modification is consistent with the powers listed <br />in Section 5. <br />SECTION 2: DEFINITIONS. In addition to the other terms <br />defined herein, the following terms, whether in the singular or <br />in the plural, when used herein and initially capitalized, shall <br />have the meanings specified. <br />2.1 Activities. The term "Activities" shall mean those <br />actions and services listed in Exhibit "A" as it may be modified. <br />2.2. Agency. The term "Agency" shall mean the separate <br />public entity created by this Agreement. <br />2.3 Fiscal Year. The term "Fiscal Year" shall mean the <br />i <br />Fiscal Year of the Agency as established from time to time by the <br />Board of Directors, being at the date of this Agreement the period <br />i <br />from July 1 to and including the following June 30. <br />2.4 Member. The term "Member" shall mean (i) the parties <br />I <br />i <br />first listed above, each of which is a city located in the State <br />of California and each of which executed this Agreement on or <br />before the date first above written; (ii) a city, public <br />corporation or public district which shall have met the <br />requirements of Section 13 hereof; and (iii) a successor of a <br />2 <br />
