CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of March 6, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Terry L. Lyons, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Approval to Set Public Hearing for April 3, 1990 Date: March 1, 1990 <br />for Street Vacation of Iron Horse Dr. and Golden <br />Spike Dr. <br />The Iron Horse Ridge Conrnunity Association is requesting vacation of Iron Horse Drive <br />and Golden Spike Drive. The request has been approved by the Planning Conmission <br />with following conditions of approval: <br />1. The Association will hold the City harmless through a <br />written agreement for any future accidents or liability <br />problems which may result while the streets are under <br />the control of the Association. <br />2. The Association will maintain all surface and subsurface <br />street improvements to City standards. <br />3. The Association will provide the Fire Department with quarterly <br />reports of inspections of the electrically operated gates. <br />4. That knox boxes will be provided for Police and Fire use and <br />that other means of access be provided to other public or <br />semi-public agencies. <br />5. That the Association adhere to any postal requirements. <br />6. That all homeowners within the gated community be notified <br />of possible delays of safety response units. Said notification <br />shall be copied to the Fire Department. <br />7.
