Aguilera, Director of Community Development <br />SUBJECT: Budget transfer to allow the Planning DateNarch 6,1990 <br />Commissioners to attend the Planning <br />Commissioners Institute Conference <br />BACKGROUND <br />The amount allocated by the City Council in the <br />1989-90 budget for travel and meetings has been <br />depleted after the Planning Commission's attendance <br />of the League of California Cities,Conference this <br />year. The Planning Commission has request that an <br />additional three thousand dollars be allocated from <br />contingency reserve in order to allow four <br />Commissioners to attend the aforementioned <br />conference.
