y CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of March 6, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Jennifer Thornberry, Executive Director/RDA <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Color Selection for <br />Exterior Paint for the Civic Center <br />BACKGROUND: <br />/ • / <br />Date: March 2, 1990 <br />The current fiscal year budget contains funds to paint the exterior of the <br />Civic Center. Leon H. Armantrout, Architect, was hired to prepare a pro- <br />posed color board for City Council consideration. <br />T)TSCf TggTON <br />Staff from the Public Works Department, City Manager's office, and Redevel- <br />opment Agency met with Mr. Armantrout and discussed various issues for his <br />consideration prior to his making his recommendation. Some of the issues <br />discussed are as follows: <br />1. Use of low maintenance colors; <br />2. Colors that would blend with the new Senior Citizens Housing <br />Complex; and <br />3.
