That the above recitals are all true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. That this legislative body hereby orders the <br />annexation of the properties described in Annexations No. 29, 30, <br />31 and 32 listed below to the Maintenance District. <br />Annexation No. 29 - APN 162-124-07, Lots 4 to <br />7 including Block 119. <br />Annexation No. 30 - APN 164-461-12, Tract No. <br />9536, Lot 12. <br />Annexation No. 31 - APN 163-221-02, Faynors <br />Resubdivision, Block 32 C L and W Co. Sub - <br />Division M, 112 Lot 1 Block 32 Ex Sly, 172' <br />1.73 AC. <br />Annexation No. 32 - APN 164-371-12, Tract No. <br />9839, Lot 14, Book 141 of Maps, Pages 61-66. <br />Section 3.
