CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of �&y 15, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution Setting Fees and ' Date: May 8, 1990 <br />Regulations for Oversized Load Permits, <br />Per AB 1849 <br />The State of Calfornia is requiring all Cities and Counties that issue oversized <br />load permits to conform to State regulations and fees. The State is requiring <br />implementation of the regulations and fees by July 1, 1990. <br />The City of Colton, at this time, charges $10 per single permit and $120 per annual <br />permit.
