April 13, 1990 P.N. 2-9141 EXHIBIT "A" Easements, 20.00 feet wide, for the construction and maintenance of water pipelines and related facilities over, under, and across Parcel 9, Parcel Map No. 10057 and Lot 2, Parcel Map No. 4115, in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plats recorded in Book 115 of Parcel Maps, pages 90 and 91, and in Book 37 of Parcel Maps, pages 42 through 45, respectively, records of said County, the centerline of each easement being described as follows: Easement No. 1 Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said Parcel 9 which bears N8rl2'59"E 141.02 feet from the Southwest corner thereof; thence W38'46'"W 232.97 to Point "A' ; thence continuing N8°38'46"W 53.50 feet to Point "B"; thence continuing N8038'46' W 59.20 feet to Point "C'; thence continuing N8038'46"W 85.00 feet to Point 'D'; thence continuing N8°38'46"W 101.09 feet to the point of terminus in the Northerly line of said Parcel 9 which bears S80°29'14"E 148.39 feet from the Northwest corner thereof. The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to begin in the Southerly line of said Parcel 9 and to end in the Northerly line of said Parcel 9. Easement No. 2 Beginning at Point "C" described in Easement No. 1; thence N81°21'14"E 226.00 feet to Point "E'; thence continuing N81021'14'E 5.19 feet to Point "F'; thence continuing N81°21'14"E 7.35 feet to an angle point therein; thence N66°21'14"E 267.14 feet to an angle point therein; thence N23°38'46"W 185.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly having a radius of 100.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said tangent curve 9.32 feet through a central angle of 5°20'16 to the Point of Terminus in the Northerly line of said Lot 2, said point being in a non - tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 649.15 feet and said point bears Southwesterly along the arc of said non -tangent curve 138.28 feet through a central angle of 12°12'18" from the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 and a radial line to said Point of Terminus bears N31°32'51"W.
