The total cost of all legal, engineering and <br />other services and costs authorized by this Agreement <br />shall not exceed $75,000.00. <br />6.2 Within thirty (30) days of receipt, Agent <br />shall forward to each Party copies of all studies, <br />analyses and documents received from Tudor Engineering <br />Company regarding the proposed pumped storage project. <br />Any administrative and/or copying costs incurred <br />pursuant to subsections 6.1 and 6.2 or associated with <br />the Agent's services performed in furtherance of this <br />Agreement shall be billed to each Party pursuant to <br />subsections 7.1, 8.1 and 8.2. <br />7. COST SHARING: <br />7.1 The Parties agree to share the costs of the <br />work to be performed by Tudor Engineering Company and <br />the Agent's expenses incurred pursuant to subsections <br />6.1 and 6.2 according to the following percentages : <br />Anaheim: 54.0%, Azusa: 6.0%, Banning: 2.0%, Colton: <br />3.5% and Riverside: 34.5%. <br />8. BILLINGS AND PAYMENT, : <br />8.1 Upon receipt by Agent of a billing statement <br />for work performed by Tudor Engineering Company, <br />pursuant to the Agreement with Tudor Engineering <br />Company, Agent shall provide to each Party a copy of <br />�3 <br />
