CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of MAY 15, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />4kee <br />FROM: STEPHEN EDWARDS, CITY ATTORNEY <br />SUBJECT: CONSIDER RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PAY AND Date: MAY 9, 1990 <br />CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, RESOLUTION NO <br />The City Staff has been in the process of negotiating with the various units of City <br />Employees. Most such units have reached agreement. Memorandums of Understanding <br />have been signed with sane units. Other employees have negotiated with Jerry Young, <br />until recently the Chief Negotiator for the City. <br />The attached Resolution sets out all City positions and updates canpensation as to <br />those positions where agreement has been reached. <br />Retroactive pay is also authorized as of the start of the pay period ending January <br />5, 1990 for those positions where agreement has been reached. <br />CATION: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. <br />Attachments: <br />Resolution No. R-04-90 <br />Page 1 of—_ — <br />Item No. /& <br />CENTRAL RECORDS <br />FILE N0. iU6 i...... q61`. <br />
