CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of May 15. 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Manager <br />SUBJECT: City Council Approval to File and Record Date: May 10, 1990 <br />Notice of Completion on the New Corporate <br />Yard. <br />The City of Colton Corporate Yard has been satisfactorily completed <br />per the plans and specifications. Certificate of Occupancy is <br />on file at the office of Community Development. <br />Construction began on the Corporate Yard January 9, 1990 and was <br />substantially completed March 20, 1990. Per contract provisions, <br />the yard was made available for occupancy on that date and the <br />move into the yard by City forces began April 7, 1990 with <br />minimal "Punch List" items remaining to be completed. <br />Construction costs were: <br />Original Contract: .................... $2,706,856.00 <br />Change Orders: ........................ $ 121,675.63 <br />Total Cost: ........................... $2,828,531.63 <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval to file and record <br />the Notice of Completion on the Corporate Yard. <br />Report prepared by K.
