0 <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />UNDERGROUND SERVICE SYSTEM <br />( S/E CORNER OF LA CADENA AND E STREET } <br />JOB NUMBER 89-13 <br />THIS AGREENT is made and entered into this 7 day of <br />je&63 ei2 1990, by and between <br />HERMAN WEISSKER, INC. <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and the <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />State of California, (hereinafter referred to as the City). <br />R E C I T A L S <br />WHEREAS, the City Council duly awarded the contract to the <br />Contractor, records of which are on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk and open to public inspection; and, <br />WHEREAS, said works of improvement for which the Contractor was <br />awarded the Contract are set forth herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BY THE PARTIES HERETO AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />A G R E E M E N T <br />That the Contractor, for consideration mentioned in his proposal, <br />will do in good and workmanlike manner, all the hereinafter <br />mentioned work or improvements under the direction and to the <br />satisfaction of the City. <br />That the following is a general and abbreviated description of <br />the works of improvement: <br />UNDERGROUND SERVICE SYSTEM <br />( S/E CORNER OF LA CADENA AND E STREET ) <br />JOB NUMBER 89-13 <br />That the Contractor will, at said Contractor's own cost and <br />expense, furnish all necessary materials and labor for said work; <br />and the materials used therein shall comply with the <br />specifications and be to the satisfaction of the CITY PROJECT - <br />MANAGER, AND, the Contractor will, within Thirty (30) calendar <br />days hereof, complete the said work of improvements and turn same <br />over to the City ready for use and free and discharged of all <br />AGREEMENT <br />PAGE 1 <br />C C,' //- (I - I C 4t -Al 3 <br />
