This specification is for bids opening at 2:30 P.M., <br />October 29, 1990. <br />Page 14, item, "Rear Axle" Change to read: Rockwell - <br />23,000 lb. with springs to 23,500 lb. minimum, with constant <br />fluid lubricated bearings and Stemco seals. <br />Page 16, item, "Frame" Change to read: Full reinforced to <br />meet 110.000 PSI minimum and 18.32 Section Modulus with 2 <br />million RBM minimum. All bolted construction; no welding or <br />cutting allowed anywhere on the frame. <br />Page 16, item "Suspension" Change to read: 23,500 lb. <br />Rockwell rating minimum. <br />Page 16, item "Tires and Rims - Front" Change to read: Rims <br />22.5 with tires 18PR or to meet front axle rating.
