CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of NOVEMBER 6, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: JERRY YOUNG, FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS Date : OCTOBER 31, 1990 <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />During Fiscal Year 1988-89, the Council authorized $150,000 from the General Fund for <br />the South La Cadena Beautification Project.
