Hutton, Director of Public Works �j <br />SUBJECT: Vacation of Alleyway South of Mill St. and `-' <br />North of Hunter Rd. <br />fes. :9. i►47 <br />Date: November 13, 1990 <br />On October 16, 1990 Council set a public hearing to hear protests to the vacation <br />of an alleyway south of Mill St. and north of Hunter Rd. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The developers of the land next to the al.leyaay, are requesting the vacation for <br />development purposes. The City will retain all utility easements, and the developer <br />will provide a twenty foot electric utility easement along the pole line along with <br />right -of -access to the easement. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RDCO&NIErDATION: <br />After the conclusion of the public hearing, if there are not sufficient protests, <br />staff recommends that Council authorize the vacation of the alleyway south of Mill <br />St. and north of Hunter Rd. <br />Attachments <br />Page 1 of <br />4 <br />IORIGINA <br />qb <br />471LE NO. <br />Item No._ <br />
