ALTERNATIVE WORK SCHEDULES <br />The City of Colton will work with the employees, department managers and labor associations <br />to implement a compressed work week program. <br />Objective: The City of Colton's objective is to place 12 employees at the Corporate yard site <br />on a 4/40 compressed work schedule. <br />Marketing Plan; The City of Colton will "market" this mode as follows: <br />■ The ETC will identify departments that have employees performing jobs that are <br />conducive to a compressed work week schedule. <br />■ Department supervisors will submit a list of employees who qualify and are interested <br />� in participating in this program to the ETC and personnel dept. <br />Upon receiving this list the ETC will contact the employees and explain the compressed work <br />� week. An agreement will be reached by the employee, Human Resources and the ETC.
