RESOLUTION NO. R-109-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, SAN BERNARDINO <br />COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHOR - <br />ZING A CLAIM FOR SB -325 ROADS AND <br />HIGHWAY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's allocation of <br />SB -325 funds has been determined to be $234,522 for the 1990-91 fiscal <br />year <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the <br />City Council of the City of Colton claims the allocation of $234,522 for <br />the City of Colton roads and highway use under Article 8 of SB -325. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of <br />October, 1990. <br />FRANK A.
