Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Permission to Send Request for Proposals for the <br />Design and Refurbishing of the Katz Well <br />nnr vr_urx nan . <br />Date: September 26, 1990 <br />The Katz Well was deeded to the City by the Manning Company, and is located in the <br />Cooley Ranch area. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The Katz Well is an existing well, however, it needs to be refurbished in order to <br />have the well activated into the City's water system.
