OCTOBER 22, 1990 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Department: City Clerk <br />Phone No.: (714) 370-5034 <br />Due to the increasing costs of postage and xeroxing, it has become <br />necessary for this Office to charge a fee of $7.00 per month for <br />City Council Agenda materials, to begin the first Meeting in Novem- <br />ber, 1990, as outlined in the City of Colton Resolution No. R-114-90. <br />If you desire to continue receiving this material, you need to let <br />us know immediately so that you/your company will be maintained on <br />our Agenda mail -out list. Also, you will need to submit the fee <br />of $7.00 each month, or $84.00 annually.
