Aguilera, Director of Community Development <br />SUBJECT: Resolution to adopt fees for the Vehicle Abatement Program. <br />E <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council will recall that at the Council meeting of September 18, 19901 <br />the Vehcile Abatement Ordinance second reading was approved. As part of N <br />that ordinance, the City authorized that staff submit a fee which will be utilized <br />to.offset our costs in enforcing the ordinance. Staff has analyzed our potential <br />costs, including supervision, benefits, overhead, etc. <br />RECOMMENDATION D <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached City Council resuiubon, a motion <br />to approve would be in order.
