Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Vacation of an Alley South of Mill St. and <br />North of Hunter Rd. <br />Date: October 9, 1990 <br />The alley being requested for vacation is located south of Mill St. and north <br />of Hunter Rd. and east of Esperanza St. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The developer of the property adjacent to the alley is requesting vacation of <br />the alley for development of a subdivision. The Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the request and approved the vacation with the following conditions: <br />1. The City will retain all utility easements. Also, the <br />developer -shall provide a twenty foot electric utility <br />easement along the pole line. <br />2.
