Hutton, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF TRACTS 11103 AND 11153 <br />MONNIG DEVELOPMENT INC. <br />Date: September 12, 1990 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The above subject tracts are located west of Pepper Avenue and north of San <br />Bernardino Avenue.
