TO <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of September 19 , 1990 <br />Honorable Council Members <br />Mayor Frank Gonzales—A <br />Date: <br />Certificates of Commendation to Winners of <br />the Colton Lioness Club Annual Writing Contest <br />It has been brought to my attention that the Colton Lioness Club, on <br />June 14, 1990, selected three elementary school students as winners <br />of their annual Lioness Writing Contest, theme: "What Colton Means <br />To Me". <br />The contest is open to elementary schools in Colton and two schools, <br />Wilson and Lincoln, entered the competition. There were three 5th <br />grade entries and nineteen 4th grade entries. The winners selected: <br />lst Place - Erika Gonzales <br />2nd Place - Erasmo Partida <br />lst Place - Christina Guzman <br />4th grade Wilson Elem. School <br />4th grade Wilson Elem. School <br />5th grade Lincoln Elem.
