SOTELO, CITY MANt,GER <br />SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO THE PAY AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN Date: 9/13/90 <br />FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The new position of Code Enforcement Officer was approved in the <br />1990-91 City Budget for the Community Development Department. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />Before recruitment can begin for the Code Enforcement Officer, a job <br />description and salary must be established for the position. Staff <br />has developed the attached job description. This classification <br />will be placed in the City's General Unit.
