Drews, Electric Utility Director <br />SUBJECT: Power Line Crossing Railway Tracks License Date: March 27, 1991 <br />Agreement with Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br />BACKGROUND The Department has existing overhead line on the East side <br />of Southern Pacific Railway Tracks on Citrus Street. The Department <br />has no facilities at this time with available capacity to serve power <br />West of Railway Tracks. The existing Valley Circuit serving some of <br />the area in the western part of the City is near capacity. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM The Department has received plans for <br />tract homes and a school near the Meridian Avenue and Randal Avenue <br />area.
