That the above recitals are all true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. That this legislative body hereby orders the <br />annexation of the properties described in Annexation No. 37, <br />listed below to the Maintenance District. <br />Annexation No. 37 - APN 163-173-10, Parcel No. 3 <br />of Parcel Map No. 1024 <br />Section 3.
