SOTELO, CITY MANAGER.14 <br />SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF JOB CLASSIFICATION LIST AND <br />PAYROLL RATE SCHEDULES FOR COLTON EMPLOYEES' <br />Date: 03-28-91 <br />BACKGROUND: At the council meeting of February 5, 1991 Council <br />adopted the Job Classification List and Payroll Rate Schedule that <br />was effective December 22, 1990. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: The above action should have been done <br />by resolution.
