1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 I, <br />22 I'� <br />23 <br />24 ', <br />25 ' <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON TO APPROVE THE HOUSING <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN PER GOVERNMENT <br />CODE SECTION 65580 - 65589. <br />AHEREAS Government Code Section 65580 - 65589 mandates all <br />local governments review and revise their housing elements; and <br />WHEREAS the City has complied with state law by submitting <br />the revised element to the State Department of Housing and <br />Community Development before the deadline of August 31, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS the State Department of Housing and Community <br />Development has approved the City of Colton's submittal after <br />several revisions; and <br />WHEREAS the City Council did hold a Public Hearing on <br />February 19, 1991 to consider the adoption of the revised housing <br />element. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City <br />of Colton does hereby adopt the 1990 revised housing element of <br />the General Plan. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this day of , <br />1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
