The refund will apply to Edison's <br />revised cost of service and revised rates calculated for <br />Colton #51-31-804-0500-91, based on the period August 16, 1979 <br />through October 31, 1979. <br />Edison is making this refund pursuant to the FERC's order, <br />Opinion Nos. 347 and 347-A, which were rendered in this docket <br />and are currently on appeal before the Court of Appeals (D.C. <br />Circuit).
