Vernon Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number <br />164-052-11 E <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The applicant, Vanir Development Company, received conditional approval of a zone N <br />change on September 13, 1988 for the parcel located at the northeast corner of Mt. Vernon <br />and Colton Avenues, as shown in the attached vicinity map. Since that date, three <br />extensions have been granted by the City for the zone change, the last one being a six <br />month extension expiring March 13, 1991. D <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff recommended approval of the last extension with a condition that no further A <br />continuances be allowed. The recommendation was approved by City Council on <br />December 4, 1990 as shown in the attached minutes.
