Hutton, Director of Public Works&�T� <br />SUBJECT: Final Acceptance of Tracts #11153 and 11103, Date: October 28, 1991 <br />Monning Development <br />RArkr,Rn1 Ir\In <br />Tracts #11153 and 11103 are located north of San Bernardino Ave. between Pepper Ave. <br />and Eucalyptus Ave. within the Iron Horse Ridge development. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The owner of the development, Mbnning Development, is requesting final acceptance <br />of both tracts.
