CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />November 5 1991 <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF _ ' <br />SUBJECT: Adoption of Fiscal Year 1991-92 Budget Resolutions <br />upgrade of one Maintenance Worker II to III to head up a second tree <br />trimming crew. <br />No money is included in this budget for salary increases, other than <br />scheduled merit increases, or for contingencies and/or emergencies. <br />Sewer Fund monies borrowed by the General Fund must be repaid, one-half <br />at the beginning of Fiscal Year 1992-93 and the balance in Fiscal Year <br />1993-94. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Adopt two resolutions approving the Fiscal Year 1991-92 City budget, by <br />title as follows: <br />1. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 <br />AND <br />2. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AUTHORIZING FULL-TIME AND REGULAR <br />PART-TIME POSITIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE <br />PROVISIONS OF THE BASIC SALARY RESOLUTIONS <br />AND ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 <br />Attachments: <br />Resolutions (2) <br />2 2 <br />Page -of -Item No <br />
