Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Tract #14158 for Recordation, <br />John Laing Homes <br />Date: September 26,1991 <br />Tract #14158 is bounded by Pepper Ave. on the west and Meridian Ave. on the east, <br />and Randall Ave. on the north and San Bernardino Ave on the south. The tract <br />consists of 150 single family home lots. <br />n T C!`1 ICC TMI_ <br />The developers, John Laing Homes, is requesting recordation of the tract map and <br />the City Engineer has approved the map.
