There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Adjourned Meetings held Septem- <br />ber 30, 1991 and October 2, 1991, and Regular Meeting held Octo- <br />ber 1, 1991, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 109140 through 109592, and Nos. 172788 through <br />172899, 172900 through 173192 (October 9, 1991) inclusive, as <br />recommended by the Director of Finance. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Bid, J.
