R - 44-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF <br />"CITY OF COLTON'S GOALS AND OBJECTIVES <br />PROCESS HANDBOOK, MARCH 1992" <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Colton has given careful <br />consideration of the need for City Departments to establish an <br />annual planning framework by which they can develop, monitor and <br />evaluate the progress of their goals and objectives to the City <br />Manager. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby <br />directed to put into Administrative Policy the "City of Colton's <br />Goals and Objectives Process Handbook, March 1992". <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this o2./ ,�at day of APRIL <br />1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Helen A.
