Chance in the Amount of $10,120.96 <br />and SF6 Switch to G & W Electric in the Amount of $9,436.75 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Electric Department has a requirement for two, three-phase padmounted <br />load interrupter switches and one SF6 Switch. On July 7, 1992, General <br />Services advertised for sealed bids for these requirements. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., July 21, 1992, in the General Services <br />office. Six bids were received and evaluated. A Bid Analysis is attach- <br />ed for your review. The recommended vendor's price is underlined. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends bid award for the padmounted load interrupter switches <br />to A.B.
