Each and every recital hereinabove set forth is found <br />to be true and correct and as such adopted herein and <br />and hereat. <br />2. The report of the Building Official, as submitted, is <br />hereby confirmed. <br />3. The City Council does assess the following charges <br />against real properties described as: <br />A. $4,690.58 <br />Parcel Number 164-163-18, commonly known as 840 <br />E. 'G' Street, Colton, California; <br />B. $4,099.45 <br />Parcel Number 160-254-18, commonly known as 1475 <br />N. Redlans Avenue, Colton, California; <br />C. $5,228.93 <br />Parcel Number 164-162-23, commonly known as 822 <br />E. Fairway, Colton, California; <br />4. Said charges shall be recorded on the assessment <br />rolls for real property in the County of San Bernar- <br />dino. <br />2 <br />
