The City Council hereby authorizes the <br />preparation of a composite First Amended Agreement and approves <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement, as attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" with any such non -substantive changes as may be <br />lapproved by the Mayor and City Attorney. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement and the <br />First Amended Agreement on behalf of the City and take all such <br />other actions as may be necessary in order to implement the <br />provisions of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement. <br />
