The City Council hereby rescinds its <br />prior Resolution No. R-120-91 and its Resolution No. R-12-92 <br />which approved earlier versions of Amendment No. 1 and declares <br />that such Resolutions, numbered R-120-91 and R-12-92 <br />respectively, and the action taken pursuant thereto shall be of <br />no further force or effect. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves revised <br />Amendment No. 1 to Amended Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement as <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this <br />reference with any such non -substantive changes as may be <br />approved by the Mayor and City Attorney. <br />Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute the revised Amendment No. 1 to Amended <br />Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement on behalf of the City and take <br />all such other action as may be necessary in order to implement <br />the provisions of Amendment No. 1 to Amended Joint Exercise of <br />Powers Agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of <br />FEBRUARY , 1992.
