The County of Riverside, through its Economic Development Agency and Waste <br />Management Department, will serve as the primary applicant; <br />2. The current waste management practices and conditions are, or will be, favorable <br />to development of post -consumer waste materials markets; <br />3. The designation of the proposed zone as a Recycling Market Development Zone <br />is necessary in order to assist in attracting private sector recycling business <br />investments to the proposed zone; and <br />4. The City of Colton agrees to complete all actions stated in the application which <br />apply to its jurisdiction should the application be awarded conditional <br />designation. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of , 1992. <br />Frank A.
