Provide notification to the last registered and/or legal <br />owners of vehicles which have been posted for removal by CITY. <br />2. Provide towing services for removal of vehicles from private <br />and/or public properties (other than streets, public roadways, alleys, <br />rights-of-way and highways) which have been posted for removal by CITY. <br />3. Provide all equipment needed to remove, transport, dismantle <br />and/or store any or all vehicles which have been posted for removal by <br />CITY. <br />4. Provide necessary storage for all vehicles removed by COUNTY. <br />All removed abandoned, dismantled, inoperative, junked or wrecked <br />vehicles, or parts thereof, shall become the property of COUNTY and <br />such will be the responsibility of COUNTY to dispose of according to law. <br />5.
