A copy of this Ordinance is attached. When <br />this letter copies the text of this Ordinance, to demonstrate <br />suggested changes, we will redline those changes. That means that <br />additions will be highlighted in grey and deletions will be struck <br />through. <br />13.08.105 Definitions <br />[NOTE: Section 13.08.105 contains an <br />extensive list of definitions. We have changed the first <br />sentence, that refers to "this Ordinance" to "this <br />chapter." This is because once this Ordinance is <br />codified, the reader will be unsure whether the reference <br />to Ordinance applies to this Section, this Chapter, or <br />the entire Colton Municipal Code. We will replace all <br />references to the term "Ordinance", to the term <br />"Chapter", throughout the Ordinance. <br />In addition, we have included the abbreviations <br />in with the definitions Section. This is necessary <br />because it is impossible to decipher many of definitions <br />unless one understands the definitions of the abbreviated <br />initials (i.e. NPDES, POTW). The logical place one would <br />expect to find the meaning for abbreviated initials would <br />be in this definition Section. We have also added some <br />definitions for terms and provided additional text for <br />RJN13004 <br />
