Acevedo, Finance Directo <br />Date,: January 10, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for Three Phase Switch, Fuses & End <br />Fittings to Utility Products in the Amount of $9,058.31 and <br />for a SF6 Switch to Joslyn ;n the amount of $5,910.09. - <br />BACKGROUND: <br />General Services advertised for quotations on a three-phase, pad <br />mounted Load Interrupter Switch with associated fuses and end <br />fittings and one three-phase SF6 Switch. These items were a <br />requirement ordered by the Electric Department. The advertise- <br />ment took place on November 28, 1991. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Bid opening was held at 2:30 P.M., December 19, 1991, in the <br />General Services office. A total of six bids were received; <br />three on the three-phase Load Interrupter Switch and three on <br />the SF6 Switch.
