CITY CLERK NOTICE INVITING BIDS Notice is hereby given hat the City Council of he City of Colton has authorized the City clerk to advertise for I scaled bids for furnishing of supplies, services and/or equipment de- scribed below. Bids will be received at the General Services office of the ON of Colton up to the hour of 2:30 p.m. on the 1st day of June, 1992 1 at which time all bids will be publicly opened, declared and explained. All bids shall be ac- c6mpanied by a bid secu- ritu of; not less„than 10% of the bid amount submIE ted. The bid amount shall include all' taxes, freight and/or handling charges and all other costs to be paid by the City. The bid security shall be in the form of cash, cashier's check or certified check signed by a responsible bank or by bond in said amount an payable to the City signed by the bidder an an admitted surety in surer.
