R-30-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AMENDMENTS NO. 1 <br />TO CONTRACTS AGREEMENTS NOS. CD9180 AND <br />CD9714 FOR CHILD CARE SERVICES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Colton <br />hereby approves amendments No. 1 to Child Care Contract agreement <br />numbers CD9180 and CD9714 with the California State Department of <br />Education for the purpose of providing supplemental child care and <br />development services for fiscal year 1991-92. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Director of Parks, Recrea- <br />tion and Human Services Department is authorized to execute said <br />No. 1 amendments to contract agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1992. <br />(ATTEST: <br />(HELEN A.
