ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENTATIONS: <br />(23) Consider Resolution of the City Council of the City of Colton Approving a <br />Certain Members' Settlement Agreement and a Certain Joint Exercise of <br />Powers Agreement Creating an Agency to be known as the San Bernardino <br />Regional Airport Authority; and, also consider Resolution of the City Council <br />of the City of Colton Appointing Certain Representatives to Serve on the San <br />Bernardino Regional Airport Authority, RESOLUTION NO. R-51-92 and <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-52-92. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />(24) Consider First Reading of Ordinance Adding Chapter 9.14 to the Colton <br />Municipal Code Regulating Publicly Displayed Explicit Adult Materials Defined <br />as Harmful Matter, ORDINANCE NO. 0-13-92. <br />(25) Closed Session - Personnel Matters, Pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54957, and Litigation, pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54956.9(a). <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within <br />the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, any matter that requires <br />action will be referred to Staff for a report and action at a subsequent <br />Council Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall <br />provide a copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />MOTION SECOND <br />5 M NY 5 1992 <br />
